The Village’s text alert system is the best means we have of communicating with you when we need to do so – FAST. Whether it’s a power outage, a snow emergency, a change in garbage pick-up, or alerting you that water hydrants are being flushed, you’ll have information that will save you an unnecessary call to find out what’s going happening.
Signing up for text alerts is simple. In your phone’s messaging system:

- Your text message is: EE229
- You’ll then receive a text asking you to confirm acceptance. Answer Y (yes)
- The next message acknowledges your participation in the program
- WELCOME!
