PUBLIC UTILITY COMMISSION

The Commission will consist of 2 Trustees appointed annually, plus 3 citizens at large serving 2 year terms, with Village staff serving as non-voting ex-officio members.

VANGUARD COMMISSION (MAZOMANIE MEMBERS)

The Vanguard Commission shall have a total of seven members. The Chair of the Mazomanie Utility Committee (or their designee), Village of Mazomanie President (or their designee), a citizen appointed by the Mazomanie Village Board, the Chair of of the Black Earth Utility Committee (or their designee), Village of Black Earth President (or their designee), and a citizen appointed by the Black Earth Village Board. The six members of the Commission shall appoint one additional at-large commission member who shall be a resident of on the Villages. The residency of the at-large commission member shall alternate from one Village to the other every two years. The Vanguard Commission meets at Vanguard’s Office in Black Earth the 3rd Tuesday every other month.
