We are receiving several calls about utility bills. Utility bills are always sent out the last business day of the month. Due to circumstances out of our control, the post office is taking a long time to get them delivered. I would encourage you to sign up to receive your utility bill electronically. You can do this by going to the Village’s website: villageofmazomaniewi.gov. Under the tab “Live” click on “Billpay”. This will take you to the PSN (Payment Service Network) website. There you will create a username and password. You will enter your utility account number without the decimal. (i.e. if your account number is 123.45 – you enter 12345.) Once you’ve done that you can set your account to receive electronic billing. If you “opt out of paper bills” you will no longer receive your postcard bill, you will only receive your bill electronically. You do not have to opt out of paper bills. You will also be able to pay your bill online if you so wish, by credit/check card through this site, however please note, they do charge you a fee for paying through them. You do not have to pay through them, you can simply choose to just view your bill online (there is no charge for simply viewing your bill online). If you have further questions or need help setting this up, you can call PSN at 1-877-885-7968.
