The Village of Mazomanie is now accepting applications for the position of Village Administrator/Chief Executive Officer to replace our retiring Administrator. Close, yet outside the Madison Metro area, Mazomanie offers a business park with a number of major employers as well as a historic downtown offering character filled and affordable shop space. The beautiful Black Earth Creek is a renowned Class A Trout Stream which winds right through the downtown and it’s an amazing adventure for fishing, kayaking and canoeing. Amenities like multiple trails, waterways, parks, the Promenade, swimming pool, and ballfields make this a very attractive community to live, play and raise a family.
The Village is governed by the Village Board of Trustees, which include the Village President and six Village Trustees who are elected to two-year terms on a non-partisan basis. The incoming Village Administrator/Chief Executive Officer will have the support of an experienced and dedicated staff.
