There was a glitch in our billing program, causing some people’s electric sales tax to compute high – the issue has been fixed and the affected accounts have been corrected, however bills have already been printed and mailed out.  If you have already paid your bill, and your account was affected by this issue, the credit will automatically apply to your account.  If you have any questions about your bill, please call the office at 608-795-2100 ext 2 or 4.  Thank you.
